Glen Stout - 24/04/10

I'm getting a brew on tomorrow and have decided to get a stout on. Its been about 18 months since I did a dark beer so I am looking forward to it. Its a typical 7:2:1 guiness ratio so nothing fancy. I'm hoping to get out of my scratcher very early to get finished before lunch.

Mash was on for 6:45 and now just finished breakfast so I'd better go and wipe down the boiler.
