... on the basis that it was the cheapest one I could find.

It works a treat and can easily be mechanised. Here's my set up.

I used an old FV and a Parkside Hammer Drill from Lidl and built a small wooden "step" to raise the Mill to the level of the drill.

The first photograph of grain illustrates the normal milled grain for Mashing and the second photo is where I used the Mill to produce flour for a Malt Loaf.

A very versatile bit of kit to play with.

I have a cereal crusher from Adventures In Homebrewing $99. I've had it for 4 years with no issues.
