harris beer barrel

just got hold of a white standard beer presure barrel, when i pressure tested it , i have a small pin hole on it, i was going to take it to a car body repair shop and get the lads to plastic weld a repair to it,

does anyone know exactly what sort of plastic it is so i can get the right stuff welded to it,

polyprop or poly eth and if so which one and side side notes
