Hi there,

I've just started brewing again after a 3yr lapse and started my first 5gallon beer kit (reading this forum have already tweaked a few things and bought some hops(like a tea bag) to throw in on day three which should bring out the flavour. Having made several batches of wine in the past defiantly recommend beer kits as a next step as there a more things you can tweak at to personalise and finding it a bit more fun.
