Hello!

Well my names Dan & I'm from the UK
I'm new to brewing, but have been browsing the forums a fair bit.

I'm an IT Technician, and part time website designer and coder. As well as helping run an online radio station.

I have currently just started some Ginger Beer in a Demijohn. Shoved everything in and will filter it off in about 3-4 weeks into some capped bottles.

Hopefully this wont go wrong and will be awesome. Initial tasting was sweet with a ginger spice kick to it, but not to over powering.

I'm currently going to be experimenting with Fruit based drinks.

Looks good Dan, I'm about 3 months in and loving it, but have sick to kits so far. Fruit bet might be an interesting use of an FV once they're emptied though, what was your recipe?
