I'm a noobie brewer from Norfolk area. Started off a few years back with a punk IPA all-grain kit with a 5l glass demi-john that turned out surprisingly similar to the real thing. Since then tried a few more brews caramel stout and an IPA. I have got a local Midlands bitter to try out and recently acquired a larger 25L fermenting bucket which should help. Just need to get a bigger boiler/all in one (klarstein/brewzilla) etc to make the larger volumes. I have thoroughly enjoyed my previous brews but it was quite a lot of time and effort for only 5L of beer!
