I've been brewing all grain about 2 years making a variety of styles, but thought i'd jump into a forum for the first time.
Favourites to brew are Porters, wheat beers and pale ales.
Favourites to drink are American Craft Ales and German Wheat Beers.
Currently on the go:
Indian Red Ale - OG 1.050 in secondary in a carboy on 20g Centenial and 20g Simcoe
Imperial(ish) pale ale - OG 1.056 in primary
Bottled and drinking:
German Hefeweissen 5.2%
Best bitter 4.8% (In a King keg dry hopping on Fuggles)
