hello all, my name is alex and my partner kirstie. Both young and dumb at 22 but we have enjoyed a few brews already, her a few beer kits and a couple of wines and me a fair few cider brews.

for my next brew i am looking to abuse the recent blackberry flourish in the woods behind my mothers house. but this time something for us both, maybe make a blackberry and (WGJ) and then after the first fermenting stage is complete rack into two different vessels and make half of it a wine for the lady and half of it into a sort of strong alco-pop for me.

or should i just go wild and fill two 25l vessels, one for wine and one alco-pop?

Go wild! (And then start making beer - it's great)
