New to brewing and new to the forum. Have been having a good read of the forum for a week or so and have my first kit brew in the fermenter at the moment. Hope to bottle tomorrow as its been two weeks and i think its ready.

Well I have just spent 1hr 45 mins bottling my beer and its tastes better than i expected! had a SG of 1040 and it finished at 1008. Going to give it two weeks in a warm place then put it in the garage for another two weeks. Have enjoyed my first brew and am thinking of getting another on the go tomorrow.

Update on my first brew. Well I think I bottled this on the 21st of Aug and its turned out quite a good beer, was a cheapo kit from The Range the Yorkshire Bitter one and its has suprised me! tastes a bit like Newcastle brown ale and is going down well.
