Hello, I'm Gra and I'm returning to brewing after an absence of some 30 years.
The brewing world has certainly changed in that time.
I want to brew wines better than the cheap supermarket wines and hopefully better than the mid-range wines.
I'm interested in wine kits and I intend to start with some comparisons using 1 gallon kits:
Shiraz from Beaverdale and California Connoisseur
Cab Sav from Beaverdale and California Connoisseur
Chardonnay from Beaverdale and California Connoisseur
Sav Blanc from Beaverdale and California Connoisseur
I will then move on to larger kits.
I am also for using technology to make the process more consistent and to minimize problems.
Any help and guidance is always appreciated :)
Thank you
Gra
