Hello, I'm Ivan W and am a new member. I have been brewing for a few years now. I quickly moved from kit to grain, and began secondary fermentation in the bottle, moving to a bottling bucket. Last year I upgraded my old boiler system for a grainfather and liked it very much. This year I switched to a stainless steel conical fermenter and would be keen to get advice from anyone who already uses one.
