help with an all rounder pls

hi all .. im looking for an all round yeast i can buy in .. when i say all rounder i usually drink/brew bitters or stout and the odd lager .. but the prob ive got is temp control ..... our place is generally around 20c (without heating) and during summer i struggle to find anywhere cooler ... so ... is there a good all round yeast which likes warmer temps ? ..... was thinking of nottingham ??

any help would be great

Notty's allright, but if you want to brew the odd lager style as well, go for SO4
