Oooh Wye Valley. We have family in Bromyard and I always enjoy a pint when down there. We had a couple of casks for a family wedding last year.

Sorry, I can't help with the recipe but I'll be interested to read what others come up with. athumb..

Well I put this brew on yesterday all as @MartinHowarth recipe with the exception that I realised I was 10g short on the hops.

Came home tonight to the HPA going like a steam train, the most fierce ferment I have had. Looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

It's a bit late now for you, but this was my take on it. I called it Cardiff Pale Ale, it was a recipe I created after reading about HPA clones and enjoying it in one of my locals

That made 26 litres, 31 IBUs, 4.1% ABV

That looks nice, a bit more hoppy than HPA which is right up my street.

Is that a 23 litre recipe?
