Total noob to brewing but looking forward to giving it a go!! Currently brewing my first kit (St Peters IPA) - post incoming as I have some questions!

My name is Shaf, I live pretty much next door to Shepherd Neame brewery and I love trying new beers!! Married with 2 little monsters aged 2 and 6.
