I've recently started to accumulate kit so I can get brewing all types of beer. My experience is very limited having only brewed with a good friend in his brewery in France (he moved out there about a decade ago and didn't much care for the beer so started brewing his own).

I love the whole process and have decided to set aside the time to do finally start doing it myself and doing it properly. I can't promise I won't ask silly questions!

Thanks asking, I like most beers and hope to rapidly accumulate a solid bunch of recipes covering everything from beers of the moment like a hazy IPA through to classic porters.

I quite like tweaking recipes to reduce the abv to try and hit the 3.8% mark rather than the stronger yields common among craft beers.

What's your situation? Any recommendations for recipes to try?
