Hello everyone. I live a little way south of Bristol, and had a Wilko kit given to me for my birthday. I found the instructions OK, but not really great, there were some gaps. Fortunately, I found this forum and got the answers I needed. First brew done, some in bottles and some in pressure barrel. Bit hit and miss from the bottles, probably becuase I was late getting good advice.
