New member, just restarted brewing after a 15 year break, going to be brewing using kits starting with Brewferm.

I've got an old S/Steel conical fermenter and am going to be bottling the beer.

Hoping for some good results.

I'm going for the English Porter first but won't be adding much extra sugar as I don't want it too strong to start off with. Bought the conical years ago, had some great results with all grain brews but just want to keep it simple for now. Brewferm kits seem to have consistently good reviews and give the ability for me to make an occasional strong one to store away.
