Hi from south Wales

Hi all,

Just got back into HB after twenty odd years. Used to make wine in my teens but I was given a Lager kit for Christmas. I have my first brew 8 days in and hope to be bottling on Tuesday. I have spent last week reading lots on this forum and look forward to getting help in the future. I have a few questions I will post in the relevant section.
