Hello fellow homebrewers.

Just a quick post to introduce myself and to thank everyone on this forum for the great ideas and inspiration.

I've been back brewing for the last 12 months and have evolved from kits to extract from my local shop (pops homebrew in cheltenham). I recommend any of his own forest range especially the citrus blast which i'm currently enjoying now,

I'm about to build my own all grain brewery from 50, 70 and 80lt thermopots i've just bought from Germany. Once i get started i'll add a few pictures :)

Good luck with the build, I'm guessing your going 3 vessel but if you still have options have a look at Brew in a Bag (BIAB). It's personal preference which way you go. I make nice ales with a boiler, bag and fermenting vessel.
