So yesterday I brewed a 23L batch of best bitter using all grains and boil in the bag method. I left it overnight and now the temperature is around 24 so today I am going to add the yeast and pray.
The wine from supermarket fruit juices looks interesting, I assume that you look for a pure juice variety without added sugar and preservatives?
