Hi
I wanted a bottle drainer and couldn't afford one at the mo as I just nicely got started in the brewing game and be buying bits and pieces so o decided to make one
It needs varnishing so it can be wiped down and it needs lifting to get longer neck bottles in but here it is a pick of
All you need is wood a inch and a quarter drill bit and about 30 mins
It holds 32 bottles but you can do it as large or small you want it

Love this idea. I've used some old bed slats and made up my own version. I made it pretty tall so I can use it to dry 2 litre fizzy bottles or grolsch bottles. I'm gonna build another one or two when I have time for when I'm sterilising all my bottles at once. The advantage in having lots of separate ones is they are easier to store and I don't need a large space to use them!
