Hopping hog recipe

I am looking for a hopping hog recipe. All I can find in relation to this is the ABV 5.4% and hogs back use mount hood, cascade, chinook and fuggles but when or how much I don't know. Anyone know a recipe or can give a guess of the grain bill and hopping schedule.
