Hi all,

How do you guys carb your brews in your cornies, and does it taste as good if force carbed rather than carbing and conditioning with added fermentables?

I now only force carb it is much better for moving around

Thats what i was thinking as there won't be "any" sediment (if pre cleared) so no risk.
Just didn't know if added fermentable conditioning made a difference but obviousely not!

Whats the minimum pressure ou can force carb at?
My boots barrel has a woking pressure rating of 15psi, it's a beast of a plastic keg

Can you use a cornie with a beer engine?

I do every now and then..

with a check valve for if I am not sure if I will finish the keg

just have a pipe to the gas in with some cotton wool in the end ( so not to suck in little friends ) if it will go
