Happy new year to one and all,

I'm currently in the process of brewing a lager and is currently in the brewing fridge sitting at 3 degrees in the fermenter. How long can you keep it there sitting on the yeast as it been there now for 3 weeks and i totally forgot about it in all honestly.

You're good to go. Check gravity to be sure it's done and bottle.

Check gravity. If it's around your expected FG, bring it into the warm, about 15C for a diacetyl rest and rack into secondary after about 3 days then cold condition for another two weeks or so before bottling.
