646 gallons

So far this year we have brewed 98 gallons or close to 3bbl. Last year it was 300bbl, but we changed the layout of the brew house a bit and only use stainless conicals. Until we can build a walk-in cold chamber to accommodate 10-12 conicals for fermentation temp regulation, we are down to 2 brews a week. :-(

Just bottled 5 gallons of Cooper's Sparkling Ale last night.

651 gallons so far then!

Another brew going on this weekend, or maybe sooner if I get time.

I froze my nads off brewing up a Weisse in the garage today, 9 gallons making 680 gallons, or 778 if you include artiums 98g. Mind you it seems he's more microbrewery than home brewer! (and his gallons will be smaller :D )
