Quite pleased with the results of my recent attempt at a Paulaner (weiss) copy. Five gallons now out for drinking; correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that now makes the total 5,659.5 gallons?

5 Gallons Birthday Gold, it's what the wife reckons I need to call AG#1 as it used my birthday wort chiller for the first time, and it's an attempt to clone a beer called Gower Gold that I I'm very partial to :)
