*it's only wine, as it's too strong to be called cider, as it also contains apple juice, and possibly chicken stock...

I wasn't sure either, but apparently it is when you start the brew. :thumb:

Guys, the idea is to add to the totals as you brew... So when you pitch your yeast, add to the forum yearly total. :thumb:

Anyhoo, I shall add 1 gallon "chardonnay" from a kit, 1 gallon of WOW and 1 gallon of apple wine to the total.
