how to wire a plug the safe way

i know some people may think this is :rofl: but this could also save you life one day :shock:
as you can see in pic the earth wire is extra long so if you ever pull cable to hard or cable clamp fails
the live and neutral will come out but earth will remain in place due to being longer than all the rest :thumb:

I can't help but wonder why in the 21st centuary a more safer easier way of connecting appliances to the supply has not been found...
