invertase, an enzyme to make invert sugar

i want to make my own invert sugar and to do this i need an enzyme called invertase. ( i know there are other ways of making it but i don't want to use them).

I can only find suppliers who will sell it by the tonne or suppliers of small quantities who will only sell to educational establishments!

does anyone know where i can get 100ml of 500ml?
