hi , nice video a few things i noticed you shouldn't add boiling water to your grains to release the sugars as this risks releasing tannins etc i think your mash temp should be 66c then your added extra water should be around 76c , also when boiling with hops etc you should remove the lid so the acids etc can escape otherwise they just go back into your wort otherwise looks great :D
 
Will give it a watch when I get in, I have a partial kit that I need to do, so looking forward to seeing this video
