I've a few empty Demi's... up for a challenge?

I'm about to drink some Tomato wine I made for joining a very late challenge

Its a decent idea in general. I've alot of empty demis so anyone have any suggestions about a wine or cider challenge? I'm at a loss myself for idea's but I'm nearly bottling some green pepper cider I made :drunk:
