I've been delivered Co2 liquid withdrawal...can I use it at all!?

My local BOC agent delivered my wee cannister of co2 but they have given me liquid withdrawal. Upon calling them the guy hadn't heard of the vapour withdrawal (they are just a farming supplies store) and had just sent out the liquid withdrawal as they don't have the vapour...

Can I use this at all or am I up the creek?

I wouldn't advise messing about with pressurised gas but does it work if you turn the cylinder upside down? That way the dip tube will be in gas at the now top of the cylinder.

I was thinking of inverting it alright...hoping the BOC agent can save me with a delivery but where I am I fear I will have to go with turning it upside down!
