Jester AA help

Hi,

I’m just mashing in to make a bitter.
Plan is to use Olicana and Jester.

My Jester packet from THBC is marked as 15%AA, it’s 2021 harvest

I thought this a bit high so I had a look online.
All of the hop websites state Jester as between 6-8%AA.

Has anyone else had any Jester with the 15% AA?

I have an hour to decide whether to trust the markings on the packet, or to pretty much double my Jester quantities in the boil?

Feels like a game of roulette…..

THBC are showing 2023 Jester @ 15AA on their website.
I think it will be a typo and would just use a average AA from what you have searched.
It's Hobsons Choice unfortunately but I can not see how it can have such a high AA as it is only grown in the UK I believe and will come from the same suppliers maybe

That was my thoughts too, thank you for confirmation

I’ll put 8% in Brewfather and go from there
