As per title, got some apple juice from Iceland but it says to keep it in the fridge......

.....will this be ok to use for a cheeky vimto or do i need the stuff thats at room temp? :wha:
 
It sounds like it is just fresh unconcentrated juice, once you have added more sugar and yeast etc, and put it under an airlock it will be protected enough, so yes its will be fine to use.

well it says its pure apple juice from concentrate but i assumed (worst thing i can do) that as it would be in the dj with alcohol being produced etc it should be ok but thought i would ask all the same

Are you sure it's not just “refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days” or something to that sort of effect which is aimed at those weird customers who are going to drink the stuff as it is and not ferment it first?
