Just tasted my first batch of TC....

It's only a week old after I brewed it with a mate, we bottled it yesterday. However just now curiosity got the better of me and we poured a small amount just to taste. It was already wonderfully sweet, nicely carbonated and with none of the bitterness of most other cloudy's that I've tried. It's really encouraging! After four weeks of conditioning it should be a real beauty if today's tasting is anything to go by!

Don't think I'll be buying shop cider anymore . Thanks soooo much for all the tips guys!

ive made a few different tc's with various different flavours, adding a different juice,

they do mature well and i keep most of them still without carbonation,

people who don't believe tc is any good just havn't tried it...
