If you get the chance to get hold of a flash beer chiller you can also use that. Just recirculate the beer line through a water bath and it will cool the lot.
Old air conditioning units sometimes turn up too. You could strip out a standard fridge and make one from that if you are handy. You would just need new gas available from most auto spares shops used for air conditioning.
