hi all i brewed some geordie larger 32 pints, using muntons yeast.

og 1.040 after about 5 days larger was reading 1.010 and stayed at that for a week, i added more yeast,, now a fornight later it still gives a reading of 1.010.

i want my fbin for another batch, so is it ok to put into pressure barrel at 1.010.

thank you

I'd go for it at 1010, it will reduce over time, but I usually end up bottling at anything better than 1010.

That'll be finished then, it won't drop much more than that.
