I've done a starter kit of 5ltrs Sauvignon Blanc with a Beaverdale kit. It cleared the top 1 ltr even before I added the finings, added the first packet, waited 24hrs, added the second, a day later around the first 4 ltrs were clear. 4 more days and the last litre still isn't clearing :wha: any suggestions? I cracked last night and syphoned off the first 3 bottles, tastes great.

The answer is to wait. The timings on the box tend to be a little on the optamistic side. I have also found that the last couple of inches sometimes takes a little longer than the rest to clear, but it gets there eventually. All you need is a little patients :
