Last pitching day before Christmas?

I have a beer fermenting, which I do think will be drinkable for Christmas day.

Which got me thinking.... What is the last pitching day before Christmas?
 
It will depend on the yeast as you will know, if you used Kviek @ 38c pitch and maintain it high it will be done in under 3 days and as it does not need to clean up a couple of days clearing at a low temp should see a drinkable beer in 5 days:beer1:
 
It does seem very tight I personally would give the Kveik method a week so 18th for me in real time even though the 5days is possible
