Legal advice needed

I need a solicitor who can assist me in some matters relating to an animal rescue charity to which I am conneted.
The charity is able to pay for any assistance. Ideally based in the South East or Home Counties.

We used to be involved with a Springer Spaniel Rescue many years ago.

We do Boxer Dog rescue, and are undergoing some challenges with some disgruntled ex committe members who believe that democratic means it should be done there way.

Uhm polotics was the reason we left in the end and the fact my wife was expecting and didn't have the time any more.
