Lisa, you have a brewzilla, all rounder and kegs right?

Just follow gash's video on sabrotooth (use any hops you like) and honestly you will brew a very good neipa. Then you can start messing about with hops etc.

I've copied that recipe to my Brewfather. Doing it is different to watching it on YT though.

I do like him but I wish he spent more time on his editing, then it'd be easier to watch.

Unfortunately I don't have kegs yet. I need more fridge / freezer fermenting and storage space ideally. Looking to sort that on payday, end of month.

Kegs are so important for a good neipa "imo" you are 2/3rds there :)

I think the laid back aproach is what makes it understandable. If it takes an extra 10, 15 mins on the mash dont sweat etc etc.
I have done his american stout a couple of times now, and added a few toasted marsh mellows, it never lasted long :)

A few drops of vanilla essence in the glass before you pour works well .

What do we reckon this is sitting at? I’m seeing 1.002. Any offers lol

It's supposed to be peach ale, but it's gone a lot drier than expected so can't taste much peach. Perhaps it'll come back after it's been conditioned for a bit. I'll have to wait and see. Had a right grueller with it this morning ufff lol
