The beer's name
Well, it's the Flemish name for the police force, which is another way of saying 'Belgian Copper' - the style of beer I'm hoping to produce.

Looking for around 1050 OG - a nice sipping beer for these lovely summer evenings we're due at some time. This one's destined for the barrel

Uneventful. No disasters, all taps closed at the right time, hop strainer fitted before the boil. Starter pitched 3 hours ago and it's already showing willing. Pitched a 1 litre starter at 21C

It's in the barrel, and the yeasts are chewing their way through 100g of priming Dextrose. I had a cheeky taste today - very nice.
