Got up early today to brew a stout before my afternoon shift at work.
3k Pale malt
100g black malt
100g choc malt
130g roasted barley
200g crystal malt
hops 40g target start of boil
150g lactose last 10 mins of boil
2 spoons drinking choc
2 spoons treacle
200g honey
SG 1048- nottingham yeast.
everything went to plan for once and am looking forward to my first stout. :drink:
