I have one of those. I don't know a lot about milling flour, but I can say that the 2 rollers can get close enough to touch. I would have thought a flour mill would need to break up the husks, which is what the stone grinder does in a normal flour mill I guess. Even at minimum roller gap, I guess the husks would just squash through. You could then sieve; depends if you want wholegrain.

I think any type of milling, whether that be stone or roller, will require sieving to remove the husk, so that wouldn't be a problem. I think Flour Milling would be better off under the hand crank, rather than under drill power, like I've seen on t'internet, but it's interesting to know the rollers get nice and close.
