Mango Wine

Are there any mango wine recipes available on the site and can I mix it with 4lbs of green grapes which I had given to me. I inadvertently thought that 4lbs of grapes would make 1 gall of wine, when actually they will only make one bottle. So I have eight mangos and 4 lbs grapes.. HELP !!!!

Can't see one for fruit but a quick web search gives a lot of links. The grapes should be ok to use.

This is not my recipe but it sounds like it'll work.

For 23 litre
12 litre Apple & Mango (more if you want a stronger flavour but remember to subtract the sugar from the 4 kg total)
4kg Granulated sugar - bring to the boil with 3 tsp Lemon juice so it partially converts and dissolves
100g Sultanas (Chopped) I put in with the sugar while it boils.
2.5 tsp Tannin - 3 mugs of strong black tea will do the job if you haven't got tannin powder
3 tsp Tartaric acid
3 tsp Pectolase
Yeast

Just wondering what the role of this acid is? Tried to look it up but the scientific explanations are not easy to follow, it's a monopotassium salt, so it's acidic. Is this similar to citric acid?
There's probably enough citric acid due to the apple juice.
