wot is best size for a mash tun i have 1-28ltr and 1-32ltr i am only planning to do 5 gallon brew at a time :

5 gal brew will use between 4 and 6 kilo of grain, depending on recipe. Assuming a max ratio of 3 litres per kilo, that's max 18 litres of water going into the grain.
You will be able to scrape by with the 28 litre, but as the grain bed does expand as it absorbs the water, I'd say the 32 litre would be a safer bet :thumb:
