Hi all,
This pint has been left for 2 months since brewing, instead of the 2 carbonation tablets I used 1/2 teaspoon of ordinary white sugar. Some earlier samples didn’t have the head this has. Can I put it down to the sugar do you think?
Thanks

Half a teaspoonful of is about 2.2 grams and (I think) a carbonation drop is 3g so you've put much less sugar than you would have if you'd used 2 carbonation drops. It looks as if your beer wasn't quite fully fermented out or, if it doesn't happen with every bottle, that you accidentally charged the same bottle twice.
It could also depend on your recipe. Lots of wheat can give a thick head.
