we have put several djs to clear in our shed, some have had finings (mostly juice wines) and some, not the country wines. Now they all look cloudier than before.Thought the cold would help them clear faster. We have has a few frosts lately , so is this too cold and what would you recommend. Many thanks Debbie

It sounds to me like your wines are probably too cold and have developed chill hazes. That should clear, given time, or if they are brought back to house temperature.

Ideally, your wines need somewhere cool but not cold. The main thing is that temperature should be fairly stable. If your shed has a ten degree swing between day and night, that's not going to help.

thanks moley , might move them into conservatory.love this home brew making , had a great wine tasting sat night and running out of the wow variations. Off to get more juice today, all mates well impressed lol. Cheers Debbie
