Get yourself a large elongated honey melon,
Slice the top off,
Dig out the seeds and mush from the middle - place in a bowl for later.
Cover bottom half of melon in a leg of your Mrs's tights you just nicked,
Use something long and thin - brewers spoon - thin end and poke a hole through bottom of melon (not the tights!)

Add 500g of dark brown sugar
Postition melon on top of large jar/jug 3ltr ish
Sieve the seeds and mush and add to top of melon then add top back on and cover with clean t towel or muslin.

Leave for 2 days to drip into jug/container then take stainless steel spoon and mush up the insides then add another 500g sugar and leave for another 2 days.

After 4 days drain in to larger vessel and add full tall glass of rum - shake and add to bottles.
Makes roughly 2 ltr
Very sweet melony flavour with a hint of rum!! :cheers:
