Cheers Spapro, i'm mocking it up just now (rejigging it to the 6kg version). I tend to mash at 68 for between 60 and 65mins, what did you mash at and for how long?

I mash at 67°C for 60 mins (ish), then bring to the boil and boil for 60 mins.
